We were looking for a place with no stairs that my husband could easily get around in and one where our cats would be welcome. We got all that plus a really nice place and neighborhood. Only actual problem we encountered was a slippery rug over a slight indentation in the floor in one little place by the stove. Wasn't really a problem for us as we noticed it right away. The owner was very kind and helpful. All the appliances worked fine and the bed was very comfortable. If I'm ever in need of the same type of place again, I will certainly want to stay here again.
