Located in Avon’s welcoming Wynn Farms neighborhood, The Landing offers fully-furnished homes ideal for flexible stays of a month or longer. Enjoy spacious floor plans with full kitchens featuring stainless steel appliances, in-unit laundry, stylish furnishings, and fast WiFi. Relax by the pool, take your furry friends to the dog park, or connect with neighbors in the clubhouse. Outdoor enthusiasts will love easy access to the B&O Trail, Eagle Creek Park, and other scenic spots.  
 All guests will need to pass CLEAR identity verification and a background check, we'll look for no evictions, collections, or criminal records.  
  
For stays of 30+ nights, Landing also requires SSN - a soft credit check will be performed only on the primary guest. We look for a 550 credit score.
