We came to town to see The Fever play. This hotel is directly across the street from where they play. the hotel is clean and quiet. Even with a packed house, the room and hallways were nice and quiet. We ate at both restaurants one for lunch and one for dinner after the game and the food was better than expected. Several gluten free options available too! There is a great pastry shop for lattes and breakfast less than a block away as well. Nice hotel. Great location. Smooth quick elevators.

The Hyatt is located directly across the street from Gainbridge Arena which was perfect after the concert. For the cost of the stay the hotel was not that well kept/clean. The carpet in our room was stained and the bathroom sink drain didn't work properly. The windows were so dirty/grimy that it would leave a haze on any pictures that we attempted to take of Gainbridge's front entrance. When I booked the hotel it didn't state that I would be charged an additional $43 a night to park in the garage - I found this out from the lady at the desk who checked me in and acted like it was an inconvenience to give me details. She handed me the room key and never even told me what floor we were on. Not worth the amount that it costs for one night, in my opinion. With parking, it ended up being around $300 a night.

This hotel is right across the street from Gainebridge Fieldhouse. I felt very safe in this area. There are a ton of dining options that are walkable from the hotel also.

We dropped a contact holder in the bathroom, and an old gross pair of someone else's underwear was under the sink. Didn't notice till the morning as we were getting ready to leave from a concert from the night below. When we checked in on Saturday, we were told that the room key would work when leaving the parking garage in the morning. We paid for parking when we paid for the room when we checked in. The key didn't work. Then a snotty rude person came on the help line and said we had to pay $100 in order to leave or put our flashers on and back up with 5 cars behind me. When I started to tell her I couldn't back up, she just said you need to pay in order to get out and cancelled the call. We were very Thankful for a person going in. He swiped his pass card and got us out. Was not a happy camper.

Came down for FDIC and the hotel was beautiful! Blew my fiancé away with the valet parking and the room! Would stay here again if the opportunity arises!!

This hotel is in a great location in downtown Indy. Right across the street from the Gainbridge field house and it’s a good view. Other than that nothing is really great about this hotel. The rooms are small, the staff made a point that the pool was heated and it was not. The elevators were very squeaky and shaky. Overall I would say only book this hotel if you are planning to attend a game at Gainbridge field house or you are going to the bars that are within walking distance otherwise it is very overpriced.

Sheets were dirty upon folding over comforter to sleep( some hairs and weird smears). We also had housekeeping knock on our door at 9am waking up our children…not sure what the purpose was as they apologized right away. The pool could use a cleaning as there was some hair in water. Front desk was awesome and very accommodating as we were traveling with special needs children! Would definitely stay again minus the opening interruption.

We had a a check in time of 3pm but rooms were still being cleaned we were not allowed to check in until after 9pm. The staff was overwhelmed and not equipped to handle the crowd on a Saturday.

Close enough to Lucas oil stadium for the concert that we were attending. Only complaint is, don’t valet load luggage into vehicles anymore? Especially for a mom with her three daughters?
