• Replace cover after use
• Turn off high jets when finished
• No soaps, oils, or bath products

Plumbing Reminder

• Flush toilet paper only
• Dispose wipes, feminine products, diapers, and paper towels in trash

Plumbing issues caused by improper flushing may result in $300–$1,000 repair charges

Hot Tub Maintenance

The hot tub is serviced weekly to ensure cleanliness and safety on Tuesday. Our team may briefly access the outdoor area during this time.

Grill Courtesy Reminder

• Please brush grill grates after use
• Spray cleaner if grease spills
• Leave the grill in the same condition you found it

Excessive grease may incur a $40 cleaning fee

Cleaning Policy

• Report cleaning concerns within 2 hours of check-in
• Cleaning team may access the home for inspection or correction if an issue is reported

• Violations or damages may result in penalties or cancellation
