Be a good neighbor: Please be respectful of our neighbors and community and keep noise to a minimum. No Open Flames or Candles Indoors: Safety is always top priority. Please do not burn candles or have any open flames inside the home. No parties or events without prior approval and event fee payment. We have zero tolerance party policy. We ask that you respect and follow this house rule. We reserve the right to terminate the booking early and/or retain the security deposit if this rule is broken.
