The Monon Trail is less than a mile away for walking or biking, and nearby shopping includes Target, Whole Foods, Kroger, Aldi, and Total Wine. Carmel is just up the road, Broad Ripple is 10 minutes down College Ave, and downtown Indy is only 10 miles south. Major attractions are all within easy reach—Grand Park (15 min), Ruoff Music Center (24 min), Lucas Oil Stadium (28 min), and the airport (27 min).
