- The unit is an extremely clean and comfortable two bedroom basement apartment in Broad Ripple. All amenities are there including two plush queen beds, stereo, CD, radio, two smart flat screen tv’s and wifi. It has a kitchen, eating area, and spacious family room. Parking is off street in the back. You are walking distance from many restaurants, nightlife, coffee shops, the Broad Ripple Canal and the Monon Trail. There is bus service in front of unit to downtown. Comfortable patio with a fire pit and charcoal grill is outside your door.
