The location was clean and welcoming. Having the bedrooms on different levels is okay but not for elderly people who have to go up and down the stairs. Upstairs bedroom had a weird smell. Close to everything downtown. Parking garage directions not great. Getting the parking pass and keys from the 9th floor before you can park is a pain and then leaving the parking garage upon departure and having to go back up and leave the pass was a pain. Halls and elevator reeked of weed the entire weekend. Vagrants miandering around the lobby and using the elevators during the day. Bedrooms could use ceiling fans or supply box fans for the bedrooms (especially the 3rd floor) as they are very warm. Air wouldn't go below 72\.
