Cancellation & Processing Fees If you choose to cancel your reservation, our standard cancellation policy will apply. In addition, please note that payment processing fees are non-refundable. Welcome to Six Palms at Mountain Cove, a quiet oasis against the desert mountains. This well-designed studio in a stunning gated community features everything for a perfect getaway. PLEASE NOTE: This unit is located on the second floor and requires the use of stairs for entry and exit. Recently remodeled with a clean, crisp aesthetic, this hidden hideaway has vaulted ceilings and a large, furnished balcony, where the six palms are romantically illuminated at night. Spoil yourself with a king-sized bed, a large pullout sofa, a smart kitchen and a bright bath with a walk-in glass shower. A guest favorite now under new ownership, this unit has plenty of closet and drawer space to make it feel like home. Six Palms is steps from the quietest and most photogenic of Mountain Cove’s three pools, framed by tall palms and backed by the majestic mountains. It also happens to be within minutes of top restaurants and shopping in Indian Wells and La Quinta. Tucked beautifully behind the historic Indian Wells Country Club, it is close to Indian Wells Tennis Garden and all the shuttle stops for Coachella and Stagecoach. Guest have access to the entire property outside of some closets that are locked for owners. A washer and dryer are available in the building for your use. Please note that they are coin-operated and not located inside the unit. For your convenience, we provide laundry detergent so you’ll have one less thing to pack. All bookings made during Coachella, Stagecoach or other festivals will require a $500 refundable deposit. Guests who cancel within the applicable cancellation window will receive a full refund, minus any transaction or processing fees charged by payment platforms or software providers. During the summer the thermostat may be locked at a certain temp range and not able to go lower than that range. This is due to the extreme temperatures in the desert. We can’t allow thermostats to be set below this range or we risk the AC unit freezing entirely, and not working during your stay. We apologize in advance, but we can assure you that 72 or 74 degrees will feel AMAZING when it’s over 100 degrees outside. All reservations are subject to an $89-$125 Damage Protection Fee, which covers accidental damages incurred during the stay. This fee safeguards guests against additional charges for qualifying damages, providing a streamlined and worry-free experience. Please be informed that we are required to collect a photo copy of your ID and the credit card used for all reservations.
