Mere minutes away from dozens of world-class golf courses and endless options of fine dining - you can't go wrong with this house! The family room has a smart tv above the gas fireplace. The large pull out queen sofa and two chairs provide ample seating for your entire group to watch a movie or play a game. The bright corner window lets in plenty of natural light to make the vaulted ceilings feel even more spacious and beautiful. The living room has an extra large sectional sofa with a 55’ smart tv. Perfect for a cozy movie night with the whole family or spending some time indoors with a view of the entire backyard. The kitchen is fully stocked with everything you could need to prepare, cook, and serve the meals of your choice. Or, if you prefer, order in from any of the dozens of local restaurants. The dining room seats 6 and the outdoor dining table with pool and mountain views seats an additional 6. The master bedroom has an eastern king bed and corner chair, along with a 48" smart tv. One whole wall of the master bedroom is mirrored closets while the opposite wall is a sliding door out to the pool, spa, bocce ball court, and mountain view. The master ensuite bathroom has a long double sink vanity with beautiful bright windows that bring in lots of natural light, a separate shower stall, and a large soaking tub. Guest bedroom 1 has a queen bed, mirrored closets, and a 40" smart tv Guest bedroom 2 has 2 standard twin beds and mirrored closets. The hall guest bathroom has a shower tub combo and a single sink vanity Large washer and dryer are located in the home and have all necessary detergents, bleach and dryer sheets. Guest access The entire home and grounds except for the garage. Other things to note: Please note that the pool is not heated and we only allow dogs under 15lbs with PRIOR written approval and additional $250 Pet Cleaning Fee Check-in time is 4pm, check-out is 10am. Early check-in and/or late check-out may be available for an additional fee. Please ask us if interested. On rentals of 30 nights or longer there is no city bed tax, but the renter is responsible for the entire gas and electric bills from check-in to check out, based on meter reads. A utility deposit, which is in addition to the security deposit, will be taken to guarantee payment of the utility charges. The City of Indian Wells requires an additional written contract which you will be sent before your arrival. The city also requires that renters supply a copy of their government-issued ID and license plate numbers of personally owned vehicles. Please note: all legitimate, licensed vacation rentals in Indian Wells follow city-wide vacation rental laws to remain in business. These include occupancy limits, good neighbor policies, party-free homes, the collection of separate bed taxes, no outdoor music permitted, minimum age of 25, and an actual contract signed by the responsible renter. Great communication with host, and Bryanne was very quick to remedy a small issue we had at check-in with a fire alarm. Also - the neighborhood was very quiet without much of a party scene. Easy walk to the tennis gardens. We enjoyed our stay, but there were a few issues the owners could address to make the experience even better. The inside of the house was clean, but the pool was not upon our arrival. The owners were very responsive and sent someone over right away. However, the cushions on the patio chairs were also covered in pollen/dust to the point where we didn't even use the backyard. The handle on one of the showers was also broken which made showering a challenge. I would have just liked a little more TLC done to the house prior to check in and it would have been a 5 star review. ##### Mike F. This was the perfect house for our family getaway. It had everything we needed to spend time by the pool, cook our meals, play games. The house was very clean and comfortable, the kitchen was fully stocked with all the necessary elements (pots, pans, paper towels, salt, pepper, etc....even coffee for the Keurig). There was plenty of pool towels and pool toys for hours of fun. And, overall, the atmosphere was just lovely with nice little touches throughout the home.
