"Room was clean, shower had good pressure and it was relatively quiet considering the volume outside. Staff was helpful, easy check in and check out. Only downside, both me and my husband got horribly sick from the food after our first meal there (didn't eat anywhere else, it was our first meal after arriving in India)and have now spent the last 3 days with bad diarrhea and vomiting."

"I stayed here with my partner for a few days to explore New Delhi and we loved the Lalit. It was a great hotel that was centrally located in New Delhi so we had easy access to a lot of our sites. "It's a classic hotel with modern fixtures, and excellent restaurant with bar. It's located in an older and busy neighborhood. Maybe that's why tour groups are bused in for lunch or dinner from modern more familiar hotels who shy away from the unfamiliar.
