Fully furnished, beautifully decorated 2 bedroom/ 2 bath with laundry inside unit, garage parking and all the comforts of home. Master bedroom with private bath and large walk-in closet. Clubhouse, heated/chilled pool for all year seasonal comfort, tennis/pickleball court, shuffleboard/corn hole designated area. Private gate access to the beach with convenient shower/hose facilities to wash away the sand before heading home. Beach chairs, coolers, and fishing poles provided. Guarded beach x7 days a week! Designated space for EV parking. Enjoy walking distance to CVS, 7-11, and Village Beach Market for last minute necessities. Only 2 miles to all the shopping and dining delights of Ocean Drive! Pebble Beach Villas is an All Ages Community. (See PBV rules and regulations for specifics related to annual renters). Unlike large gated condo communities, we are a charming low-rise 2 story complex, nestled close to the ocean with all the amenities you need for a relaxing, wonderful holiday. No pets and no smokers. Seasonal special! Feb 2025-May 2025, 3 month rental minimum. Annual renters with 12 month lease pay only $3400/ month.
