Gated entrance and private. Condo Unit is on the 2nd floor and balcony faces the ocean just steps away. We kept the sliding glass door open every night to hear the ocean waves. Watched one from the balcony and one from the beach. We spent time on the beach every day. It was uncrowded and perfect for walking. The kitchen was well equipped with pots, pans, dishes and glasses and the pantry had salt and pepper. The bed was comfortable and the bathroom was fully stocked. I contacted the owner who said she had reserved the third night on a competing booking service to somebody else. I was refunded only the charges for the room, but not 1/3 the total cost. It turns out VRBO doesn’t refund its fees, but I shouldn't have to pay the difference, since it wasn’t my mistake. The owner never volunteered to cover my loss from their mistake! So it ended up that the total cost of the room each day was far too expensive. ##### Scott K.
