Summary:
Inland Lakes Motel is a newly renovated motel in Indian River, MI. It is remotely managed by Lochmoor Hospitality.
Monthly rentals available from November through April.

The Space:
Room 9 at Inland in a Studio-Style with 1 Queen Bed. A small table and chairs provide the perfect laptop work space. This room has a hot plate, microwave oven and toaster oven for limited cooking. Cookware, dishes, silverware and some limited utensils are provided. The room also has a coffee pot, coffee, creamer and sugar are included. A small refrigerator/freezer is available for use. A tub/shower combo completes this room nicely. Perfect for limited or long-term rental.

Guest Access:
Guests can access this room with a Key Code that is provided prior to check-in.

The Neighborhood:
A quick right-hand turn on the first road off of Exit 313 on I-75 and a short jog into our parking lot brings you to a secluded space with easy highway access.

Outside camera's facing the walkways and parking lot

There is no Office at this location. We work out of the office at the Star Gate Motel in Indian River.

Cozy little motel, perfect location

Very quaint, clean, comfortable & well-appointed little motel in a perfect location near downtown Indian River near Burt & Mullett lakes.

Refurbished "mom and pop" motel from the early days

This is just off I-75. Very convenient. It is tucked away in a nice woodsy site. Signage is lacking from the road, however, map quest got me there fine. It is a quick drive into the village of Indian River. You will hear traffic from I-75, but I brought a white noise device that helped alleviate that. Room #9 was a bit spotty re: internet; as a result, was unable to load up photos of my adventures to share. Very well-appointed kitchenette, more so than your average motel rooms. This kitchenette was equipped with not only a fridge (good-sized, w/ freezer), microwave, and coffee maker (real ceramic coffee cups), but also a toaster oven!!, real ceramic plates, bowls, and silverware plus salt, pepper, creamer, paper towel, a two burner cooker, with skillet and kettle. You share the bathroom sink (which is more toward a small kitchen sink) for the dish clean up. The included dish pan, sponge, and dish soap with a sink plug make this doable. You will have to deal with lack of task lighting in the kitchenette corner, however, the bedroom ceiling light and nightstand lamp turned up to three is doable. Bed was comfy with plenty of pillows. Heads up: Do your area research and pick up your brochures and area guides BEFORE you arrive to motel, as at the time of my stay, they had NONE. Bathroom was good sized, tub and shower. well-appointed with fluffy towels/washcloths and little shampoos and bar soaps, with paper cups. Affordable.
