When check out is 11, don't have someone come to the door 3 times before 11. once at 930,950, another at 1025! The Checkout time is 11, dammit! I paid for early check-in, 50$ spent hundreds at your bar, and on brunch. Not a first visitor, love the place, but it's the little things that can irritate ...

MainStay Suites Port Saint Joe South
We loved staying here. It was quiet and clean and had a kitchenette for us to make some quiet dinners. Perfect launching place to enjoy the area.

Water Street Hotel & Marina, an Ascend Collection Hotel
The bed was comfortable and the bedroom was clean. Place was spacious. Living room furniture was very uncomfortable and the chairs and table on the balcony were not clean. There was a lot of pet hair about the space. Knives in the holder were dirty. I stayed here before and it seemed much cleaner ...

Waterfront on N. CSB, Dog-friendly, Amazing Views!
Overall the condo was clean, view was amazing. The place was very spacious and thankfully they were restoring the beach so we got to enjoy it.
