"We have been staying with another chain because of their breakfasts but they were not an option for this trip. We were really pleased with the selections and the staff member working in the dining area was fantastic! She kept filling and cleaning almost the whole time we were eating. Random aside - loved the cookies when we came in! We will be adding this one to our list of good options for the future."

"Nice cottage with a beautiful view of the New River. Short drive to Sandstone Falls and downtown Hinton. House was clean and stocked with everything we needed. We were not able to use the fire pit due to weather, but the enclosed front porch was great for watching the storm and wildlife (osprey, deer, goldfinches, tiger swallowtail butterflies, rabbits). Overall a great rental!"

"This place is always where we stay when we are in Princeton, it’s always clean. The water pressure is good. It’s a good price for a place to stay compared to the other hotels around it. I’d recommend if your ever in Princeton give this place a try."

"There was only a picnic table in the designated smoking area to sit outside. Pool was nice but ventilation system not on so hard to breath. Free parking and close to restaurants."

"Karen was an excellent host. She made a map for us with all the local fishing spots we were curious about. The house was equipped with everything we needed, it was super fun and filled with lots of curiosities and close to all the great activities nearby. I they recommend staying here and enjoying the beautiful mountains of WV!!!! Oh and the hummingbirds were so fun to watch! A must stay!!!"
