The Space:

Step outside onto the patio and let the coastal breeze set the pace for your stay. A pond stretches across the property, perfect for casting a line or simply watching the water from a lounge chair. The beach itself is just a half-mile away, with restaurants and shops lining the walk there.

Living space

The living room opens up wide, anchored by soft sofas and a mounted flat-screen cable Smart TV - the kind of room built for everyone to pile in after a beach day. Upstairs, a dedicated game area with Foosball gives the group another spot to gather. Beach-themed decor carries through the home in coastal colors and textures, and every room comes with its own smart TV.

Kitchen & dining

The kitchen is brand new and fully equipped, built around a long center island with stainless steel appliances and quartz countertops. There's room here for full meals or for packing up a beachfront picnic - a dining table, coffee maker, blender, toaster, baking sheet, and barbecue utensils round out the setup, along with wine glasses for an evening on the patio.

Sleeping arrangements

Five bedrooms sleep the group across a mix of configurations: the Master Bedroom offers a King Bed, Bedroom 2 has a King bed, Bedroom 3 combines a King Bed and Twin Bed, Bedroom 4 holds two Bunk Beds and a Twin Bed, and Bedroom 5 has a King Bed. The Living Room adds a Sleeper Sofa for extra flexibility. Two of the bedrooms include en-suite bathrooms with walk-in showers.

Bathrooms come stocked with hot water, a bathtub, hair dryer, shampoo, body soap, and cleaning products, so there's nothing to pack but yourselves.

Outdoor & community

Outside, a private patio and balcony give you a quiet spot to take in the coastal air, with outdoor furniture and a BBQ grill for evenings at home. The backyard adds extra room to spread out. As part of the Fortebello Beachside community, you'll have access to a community pool with loungers, a pergola, and a cabana area, plus walking paths around the bass fishing pond. Beach essentials - towels, an umbrella, a beach blanket, and snorkeling gear - are included for the half-mile walk to the sand.

Location

This gated community sits within walking distance of the Atlantic Ocean. Millennium Beach Park and Canova Park are each about a 15-minute walk away, with shops, cafes, and restaurants lining the route to the sand. For breakfast, Corey's Deli and Bagels is a short walk away, and the surrounding streets offer everything from seafood to Italian to Mexican for lunch and dinner. Jet ski, kayak, and other boat rentals are nearby, and the USSSA Sports Facility is about a 25-minute drive away. A local paddle and oars park and yacht club are also worth a visit. Grocery stores and shopping centers within walking distance round out the convenience of this coastal home base.

The Neighborhood:

The home is in a gated community, that is situated within walking distance of the beautiful beaches of the Atlantic Ocean.



Many restaurants are a short walk away. For breakfast, stop by Corey's Deli and Bagels, for lunch and dinner, select from a wide variety of foods, such as seafood, steak, Italian, subs, Mexican, and much more!



Getting Around:

Cars are not necessary in this area; however, a plus unless you choose to get around with an Uber or Lyft. Most restaurants and beach are walking distance!

To ensure a comfortable start to your stay, we provide an initial stock of the following essentials:

- Paper towels

- Toilet paper

- Tissues

- Coffee pods, creamer, and sugar

- Light cleaning supplies (please note: NO LAUNDRY SOAP PROVIDED)

- Garbage bags

- Sponges

- Dish soap

- Dishwasher tabs



If you need additional supplies during your stay, please plan to replenish them as needed.
