Where you can just sit back and enjoy watching the locals in one of the nicest beach towns on the east coast, or take a walk on the beach to one of the local pubs, watch a launch from NASA space Center, engage in turtle nesting, fishing, surfing, sunbathing, swimming, or just escape to your own private oasis, you have the best of both worlds in this Bungalow. This location is minutes away from two golf courses, downtown Melbourne nightlife, parks and recreation, fishing pier, and a host of restaurants and boutique stores on Fifth avenue, or take a drive or bike ride north or south down A1A to the town's favorite restaurants and pubs. The property also has easy access to I95 with a 15 minute ride to Melbourne International Airport.
