  • Comfortable and updated 3 bedroom, 2 bath house, with easy beach access. Perfect for beach lovers exploring new beaches and/or surfers looking to explore the Space Coast surf spots. Five minute walk from door to sand. Choose between an easy day at the local beach, local spots up and down the coast, or venture out to enjoy the local sites including the Kennedy Space Center, Canaveral National Seashore, Playalinda, Cocoa Beach, downtown Melbourne, Eau Gallie Arts District and various National Wildlife Refuges. Plenty of great trails for hikes, bikes, kayaking and overall Florida exploring. 1-hour from Orlando airport and attractions. Friendly, uncrowded and quiet neighborhood. Visit between May-October to witness the sea turtle nesting season. Great Work From Home option in the Sunshine State.
