The Pet Fee is charged after booking booking ($20/pet/day). Welcome to your serene pond oasis, a stylish 1BR/1BA retreat that blends modern design with beachy vibes. Enjoy a king bed, cozy well-lit space, and a charming patio with pond views. Just ½ mile to the beach, it's an ideal coastal escape. Indulge in exclusive access to a clubhouse, pool, hot tub, and gym, ensuring a memorable stay. The stocked kitchen (coffee, tea, sugar, oil) lets you create delightful meals while embracing the beach spirit. Experience bliss at this enchanting haven! Note: The unit has no washer/dryer. However, there is complex laundromat just South of the building. Click the listing title or "Book Now" button for more details! Kick back and enjoy the "Salt Life" in this centrally-located beach-themed spacious one bedroom one bath condo just half a mile from the beach. You may use all the facilities including the equipped kitchen, and complimentary coffee/tea. The condo layout is featured towards the end of the listing pictures. Full access to the heated community pool, jacuzzi, and gym using the fob (touchless gate key) provided in the unit. There is no washer/dryer in unit but you can access the condo laundromat in the clubhouse with the fob in the unit (on a hook above the kitchen counter). Guest Access/Interaction: Guest may gain access to the condo anytime after check-in with deadbolt code. The condo is setup completely for guest use and everything is accessible to guests with the exception of the locked hallway utility closet. You will have access to the community pool, jacuzzi and gym from sunup to sundown with the FOB hanging by the entry door. We provide self check-in so we will not meet in person unless the need arises. The listing is setup exclusively for guest use. We are just a message/call away if you need assistance or suggestions of things to do in the area! Neighborhood: This community is located on Eau Gallie Blvd in Indialantic Florida, nestled between the town of Indian Harbour Beach and Indialantic. You will find yourself in a very central beach side location about 10 minute walking distance from the nearest beach (2 min drive) and 2 miles to Melbourne/EauGallie Arts Distruct (4 min drive). Shopping (Win Dixie, Walmart, Publix) are also walking distance. Right across the street is Corey's Bagels, one of our favorite breakfast spots. Their Lox and Bagel is mouth-watering delicious. Some other local spots you may enjoy include: • Sun on the Beach • Thai Thai 2 • Nippon Thai • Skewers • Bone Fish Willy's. We are always here to help if you need suggestions on where to go! Other things to note: We have a Mr. Coffee 6 cup traditional drip coffee maker. Complimentary wine and snacks provided. Stayed over two weekends. First weekend had issue with shower not shutting off. No plumber available on a weekend so they tried to place us in another of their properties. They made every effort but we decided to make other arrangements for the last day of our stay. We returned the next weekend. The shower was fixed and we had an excellent experience including viewing the launch of a rocket from our balcony.
