Your second-floor unit is close to the association pool, allowing for a refreshing swim or a calming soak in the hot tub. Equipped with essentials like coffee, tea, sugar, and oil, the kitchen inspires culinary creations and savory homemade meals. Whether lounging by the pool or strolling to the beach, this delightful oasis ensures equal parts relaxation and pleasure. The house is setup completely for guest use and everything in the house is accessible to guests with the exception of one locked utility closet. You will find yourself in a very central beach side location about 10 minute walking distance from the nearest beach (2 min drive) and 2 miles to Melbourne/EauGallie Arts Distruct (4 min drive). Shopping (Win Dixie, Walmart, Publix) are also walking distance. Right across the street is Corey's Bagels, one of our favorite breakfast spots. Their Lox and Bagel is mouth-wateringly delicious.
