"Positives: Room was well-appointed and lobby area seemed nice. Check in employee was friendly Negatives: WiFi signal cut in and out several times over the course of the evening. The water in the shower never got above a cool room temperature. I let the front desk employee know as a courtesy at check out and they could not have cared less about that information."

"This is my second visit to this property however, this time my fiance and I was not pleased with the breakfast that was served. It was not worth $19 per person. Also I could not sleep due to my air conditioning not working properly. No one wants to sweat and sleep...very uncomfortable. Customer Service was no help."

"I would like to recognize Allison at the front desk for her outstanding service. She was extremely helpful, knowledgeable, and professional throughout my experience. Every question I had was answered clearly, and she went above and beyond to make sure all of my needs were taken care of. Allison's positive attitude, attention to detail, and willingness to help made a great impression on me. She handled everything efficiently and made the entire process smooth and stress-free. Excellent customer service like hers deserves recognition. Thank you, Allison, for your exceptional work! Unfortunately, I have to leave a negative review. Most aspects of this hotel were great, and I was satisfied with my stay overall. However, I had serious concerns about security. During my stay, I observed an individual on the property who appeared not to be a guest and was behaving very strangely. The next morning, I saw the same person sleeping on a bench at another nearby property. Based on what I observed, I did not feel that this individual belonged on the hotel premises, and the situation made me question the hotel's security measures. For that reason, I cannot give a higher rating despite the otherwise positive experience."

"Crowded parking. Plus you must pay for the parking 20 plus dollards. Room toilet was not working. Waited long to fix the toiled. The phone is not picked up in the front. Not complementary breakfast. Kitchen closed at 1130. Pool open at ten am. No time to use the pool if you leave at 11. Just awful."
