"Room was booked a day ahead on error of time change, was charged for that one day of not staying and it was booked for multiple days yet when we arrived they stated that the room was not ready. We waited 10-15min upon arriving to the room it did not seem thoroughly cleaned. Hair in bedding. But ultimately the location was not where we needed to be and requested refund for the rest of the stay as we wanted to check out that night. They said it was up to Expedia. Expedia claimed it was up to the hotel management. Have not received refund for those days not stayed. Very disappointed and unpleasant experience."

"The buffet breakfast was good and some options varied day to day, so it wasn't completely the same every day. The cafemocha from the coffee machine was the best and I'd love to know where to get it. Staff will not let you check in early. I tried to ask for earlier check in ahead of time and I was told my check in date was a day later than what I booked.. Staff is not very accommodating, but all in all not a bad place to stay. Simple room with plastic kettle."

"I didnt get to use spa but the location and the amenities are awesome! You wont regret!"

"The place was awesome, very clean and tidy. They had everything you need available in the hallway, water, utensils, soap, extra towels. Check in was super easy even late at night. The shower got very hot and had lots of pressure. I locked my self out once and was able to get help promptly. The mattress was quite firm but that’s really all I could complain about. Great stay! "

"Hotel is close to the stadium. Walking takes about 25 minutes. They have washers and dryers to use off the lobby. They currently do not have a way to provide breakfast even though it was part of the price I paid. They were going to provide funds back for the breakfasts. They have a limited supply of snacks down in the lobby. They moved us to a bigger room as our TV wasn’t working. The floors could be cleaned better but overall it was a pleasant experience. "

"I booked this hotel specifically because it said it had airport shuttle included. When i arrived at the hotel and asked about the shuttle, i was told i had to inform them for wanting a shuttle 1week prior to use. I booked this place last minute so i had no chance to book it 1week in advance. I tried to tell them but all they told me is they cannot do airport shuttle for me. Was very sad about that. Also anytime someone upstairs uses the bathroom(toilet and shower), i can full on hear the water going down the pipe entire time. Other than that, it was nice."
