The city of Inca, with its array of restaurants, supermarkets, and the renowned Thursday market, is easily accessible on foot or by bicycle. November brings the celebration of patron saint festivities, featuring numerous festive and cultural events. The location is also perfect for mountain excursions, visits to the monastery of Lluc, Sa Calobra, Valldemossa, or the Puig de Santa Magdalena. On the flip side, a half-hour drive takes you to the coast, where dreamy beaches like Puerto de Alcúdia and Playa de Muro await. The property features a private chlorine pool measuring 7.5 x 3.5 meters, with a depth ranging between 1 and 1.8 meters. An outdoor shower complements the poolside experience, while the sun terrace invites relaxation with tables, chairs, and four sun loungers. A dedicated picnic area features a fixed wood-burning barbecue, and a charming porch sets the stage for al fresco dining. Parking is convenient with space for up to 3 cars.
