Fantastic location and amazing value!

Wonderful stay all around. The unit is clean and well maintained. The location is perfect, close to everything. The hosts, Natalia and Harold are very attentive and made the check in/out process smooth and easy. Will definitely stay here again if we’re lucky enough to return to Coronado.

What an amazing property, the pictures did not do justice to the views and the surroundings. Beautiful wetlands, a ton of nature, and stunning, unobstructed views. Family vacation

This property is great we stayed a week for a family vacation its 15 min from almost everything from the Mexico border from Coronado beach and even Costco and Walmart and the house was very clean and well taken care of and has lots of room would definitely come back only con is the gun practicing from the navy base but it only lasted like 20 mins at night time but we only Hurd it like twice

Fantastic Get Away!

This trip did not disappoint! We LOVED the accommodations. VERY clean and well cared for property. Plenty of space for us and our 6 kids. We walked to stores and restaurants. Rode bikes to the pier and the strand. We will come back and stay here next time we are in San Diego. Natalia and Harold were very helpful with local advice. We felt very welcomed.

Our family of 4 adults stayed for 6 days. From the check in process to the check out process everything was perfect. The hosts were absolutely amazing, checking on us throughout our stay to see if anything was needed. All the little extra touches of love to make it so homey was done. We would not hesitate to stay here again, it would be our pleasure. The location is perfect as well.

Great stay for our family

We stayed for 4 nights at the end of June. We’re a family with 3 young adult children plus significant others. This location is perfect for our size group and the best spot in the neighborhood. It’s right by a great path if you want to bike or run. Imperial Beach is a nice walk to restaurants or beach. The house is very comfortable and well stocked for a group. We were easily able to have meals and spend time socializing in the living area. Nataliya and Harold are great hosts. We would definitely book again.

Great location, comfortable stay

We have stayed in this unit before and in Harold and Nataliya’s condos many times. We love the location of this unit. It backs up to the old salt rails biking/waking path just off the riperian preserve. It feels quiet and open. The condo itself has comfortable beds and all the amenities we could need (kitchen well supplied, beach towels, chairs and toys, etc.) We also appreciate the 2 car garage as we have had 2 vehicles in our group on several stays. Overall, I highly recommend it and we will be back again!

Beauty and tranquility

This Vrbo property is beautiful. The owners have taken great care to make thier home "your home" during your stay. It's very clean and very accommodating to the guest. If you need anything, they will bring it to you. Well stocked. Beds were very comfortable, I slept very well there. Interesting history of the marsh and bird habitat. Stunning views, comfortable and clean

We have stayed at other condos in this complex (also owned by Harold and Nataliya) and we love the location and comfort. This unit was the best yet! The views of the riperian area and bay were stunning, especially at sunset. The beds were all very comfortable. It feels roomy even with 8 people. The kitchen was well stocked with everything we could need, including some spices and oils for cooking. We LOVE having the bike path and open riperian area right out the door. The garage is big enough to fit our full size family SUV plus another car and beach toys, cooler, etc. We will definitely stay here again!

Perfect family space

We stayed in this property for 3 weeks and had a wonderful time. It has a charming beach house vibe. We made many home cooked meals in the well equipped kitchen, it had everything we needed, and more! the beds were SO comfy and for people that usually don’t sleep well anywhere but home, we were surprised! There is a “kids” room with twin beds and dinosaur bedding, our 5 year old was in heaven. The room also had a cubby storage which worked perfectly for our son’s toys. He made the space his own during our stay. The property has so much space, the master bedroom and closets were amazing! The master room gives you a beautiful view of the trail and bay. As for location, we already love the small town feel of imperial beach but the location is truly ideal. This property gives you direct access to a popular biking/walking path. We went on daily walks! Someone created a cute painted rock path, and we grabbed a few rocks to paint and add to the trail. You won’t regret booking with Harold and Natalia! (Parents: the property was also equipped with a high chair, various beach toys, boogie boards and beach towels)
