Relax and recharge in this oasis of tranquility and elegance. It is the right location if you are looking for the tranquility of sleeping at night in the total absence of noise. Apartment equipped with all comforts and located in a context full of shopping centers and activities. If you are looking for the sea you will find it 5 minutes away by car but it is also excellent for perfect walks in the promontories Ceva. When you enter this apartment you will say that it is better than it looks in the photos! IS BREAKFAST INCLUDED •Space• the accommodation was completely purchased on paper and therefore newly built, all the rooms are well separated and have incredible light that cannot come close to reality even in the photos that you can see. •Guest access• The property is located inside a condominium so we ask for EXTREME compliance with the above rules Other things to keep in mind: Private garage and washing machine/laundry service for a fee. The garage can be directly reached from the apartment by lift (price to be agreed). Alternatively, free parking is available (in the summer months it is not easy to find parking)
