Ideal for its temperate climate in summer and mild in winter with more than 3000 hours of sunshine per year. Ideal if you are looking for a holiday with the pleasure of reaching the beaches in costume and pareo on foot and to taste typical food in the many outdoor restaurants on the sea. Mann Braucht eigentlich nicht unbedingt ein Auto, wenn man im Ort bleibt…Carlo hat uns schon vor Ankunft kontaktiert und mit nützliche Information ausgestattet Und hat uns beim einchecken mit gekühlten Getränke begrüßt und gute Tipps gegeben für ausgezeichnete Pizza und andere SachenUnd während Aufenthalt war er immer erreichbar für irgendwelche Fragen oder Tipps. Minuspunkte, aber relativ: gibt’s kein Parkplatz, aber für Altstadt eigentlich kein Wunder… Aber Carlo hat sich bemüht für uns einen Parkplatz in der Nähe zu finden Gibt kein Aufzug, aber viele Treppen! Und in Wohnung auch schmale Treppen ! Das finde ich von sich nicht schlimm, sogar gibt weitere besondere Charakter…. Es ist alles da, was man braucht und ausreichend Platz. Der Blick von der geräumigen Dachterasse auf Hafen und Meer ist wunderschön. Hier haben wir jede Mahlzeit genossen. Alles war sauber und gut gepflegt.Für die 30 Stufen (die letzten sind recht steil und eng) sollte man sicher zu Fuß sein.Die (neue) Klimaanlage hat uns bei schwülen 30 Grad gute Dienste getan - auch wenn wir sie sparsam genutzt haben.Super Lage zu verschiedenen Stränden (Stein, Sand), kleinem Hafen und Promenade. Auch die Altstadt von Porto Maurizio/Imperia und Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sowie Restaurants sind fußläufig sehr gut zu erreichen. Trotzdem ist es ruhig. Freies parken ist schwierig (hier half Carlo auch!).Der Küstenradweg liegt quasi vor der Tür und Radverleihe sind nicht weit.Unser Gastgeber Carlo hat uns sehr herzlich empfangen, hatte eine Menge Tipps - auch während unseres Aufenthaltes. Er hat alles mit viel Liebe vorbereitet - besser geht es nicht!Wir bedanken uns für einen wunderschönen Urlaub und kommen sehr gerne wieder! Da hat nichts gefehlt. Wir haben es zwar gewusst, aber die 30 Stufen zur Wohnung und eine Klimaanlage, die nicht richtig funktioniert bei etwas über 30°C, war dann und wann eine Herausforderung. Wir haben die Zeit sehr genossen. Zu Fuß konnte man hier alles erreichen: Sand/Steinstrand ganz nah ideal zum Schwimmen und Schnorcheln.Toller Sandstrand zu Fuß in ca. 10 min erreichbar. Ein Supermarkt ist zu Fuß in ca. 5 min erreichbar. Carlo ist ein sehr netter Gastgerber, gibt viele Informationen und Tipps und hilft schnellstmöglich bei Problemen. Die Ferienwohnung war ideal für uns und der Blick von dem Balkon traumhaft schön. Lohnenswert ist eine Fahrradtour nach Sanremo und eine Whalewatching Tour. ##### Petra N. Die Wohnung ist toll gelegen, nah am Strand und dennoch ruhig und der Blick von der Dachterrasse ist einmalig. Die Kommunikation mit dem Vermieter war sehr freundlich und angenehm. Die Wohnung liegt so klasse, dass man das Auto grundsätzlich nicht braucht, sei denn man möchte die weitläufigere Umgebung erkunden, was bei der angespannten Parkplatzsituation sehr hilfreich ist. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten, tolle Gaststätten, Hafen, Innenstadt, Sand-, Kiesel- oder Steinstrand fußläufig erreichbar. Die Wohnung ist sehr großzügig, wir hatten mit unseren beiden Kindern ausreichend Platz, wir haben nicht viel gekocht, aber wenn war alles vorhanden, was wir brauchten. Wir konnten sogar schon Mittag in die Wohnung, mit dem Vermieter hat es super geklappt, er war sehr nett und hilfsbereit. Wir würden jederzeit wieder dort buchen. Vielen Dank. ##### Sandra L. Die Wohnung liegt so günstig keine 50 m vom Meer und Bademöglichkeiten entfernt, dass man während des Aufenthalts kein Auto benötigt. Das ist bei den knappen Parkplätzen super.
