  • Welcome to Ca dei Tati, a charming holiday apartment in Imperia with stunning views of the Ligurian Sea—the perfect choice for those seeking relaxation and the allure of the Riviera.



    The highlight is the private outdoor area with a year-round jacuzzi, heated to 40°C in winter (use by reservation, daily from 10:00 to 21:00). The outdoor space also includes a garden, covered terrace, balcony, barbecue, and outdoor shower.



    Inside you’ll find a cozy living room, fully equipped kitchen, one bedroom, and a sofa bed for 2, hosting up to 4 guests. Free Wi-Fi, smart TV, air conditioning, washing machine, and a crib for little ones are provided.



    Convenient location: a few minutes by car and ten minutes on foot from beaches and restaurants; the artists’ village of Bussana Vecchia is about 40 minutes away. On-site parking with automatic gate is available.

In Imperia for a wedding!

We throughly enjoyed our stay at Ca dei Tati! Anna is a wonderful friendly host and was helpful guiding us around the city and went out of her way to make sure we had everything we needed. The yard has a spectacular lush garden complete with a hot tub. Be advised to have a translation app if you don’t speak Italian. :) we highly recommend this property. Molto Bene! 🇮🇹

La Villetta al mare - ospitalità e tanto Relax

Pros: Questa casa pare quasi una villetta.. è bellissima, gode di un’ottima posizione, tranquilla e fuori dal caos urbano, a due passi dalla splendida Villa Grock, a pochi minuti in auto dal mare. I suoi punti forti sono il grande verde giardino fiorito con il deor esterno, la vasca idromassaggio, il parcheggio privato e Anna, una persona davvero speciale che al suo seguito, in totale riservatezza, si assicura non manchi nulla ai suoi ospiti, offrendo loro tanta ospitalità ed i frutti del suo preziosissimo orto (per noi un valore aggiunto). Questa vacanza è stata come una coccola in pieno relax per tutta la famiglia, un po’ cara ma ne è valsa assolutamente la pena. Consigliatissima! Torneremo sicuramente, anche solo per un saluto o chissà se non in un’altra stagione.. Cons: Le zanzare! Consiglio: in estate munirsi di lozioni anti-zanzare e spruzzare sotto il deor un bel po‘ di repellente prima di sostarvi.

Un soggiorno in pieno relax immersi nel verde

Pros: Il giardino era molto curato, la casa è in un'ottima posizione a due passi dal centro. Una vasca idromassaggio, delle sdraio, un piccolo orto e tutto il necessario per rilassarsi. Anna, la proprietaria di casa, è stata molto accogliente e gentile, pronta ad esaudire tutti i nostri desideri.
