"Everything good"

"The room was clean and had everything needed for a good stay. Restaurant was very clean and staff very friendly pool and hot tub was great. Only problem I had was when ppl went out doors they would slam. Was awoken by the doors multiple times"

"It was avery comfortable room, loved being on the first floor! Close to breakfast, very convenient grab and go! Loved the full sized fridge and freezer. Overall all an amazing stay!!"

"Avoid. Marginally clean. Tub was gross. I did not feel comfortable taking a shower. Lamps that were supposed to have 2 light bulbs had only 1. No Kleenex supplied in room. Remote control on TV did not work. Had to go to the desk 4 times before someone came to the room and figured it out. Outside stairs are treacherous. The railings are at least 6" too low. You have to be in a bent over position to hold the railing."

"Good location, I really like the microwave. Room was clean and bed comfortable. Front desk lady could have been more friendly and helpful. I sought help twice and both times had to wait for her to be back to front desk. She was also uninterested in providing assistance."

"Ross, the property manager, was a standout. He met us upon arrival, walked us through everything, and made us feel genuinely welcome. Anytime we had a question, his response time was excellent. That kind of attentiveness made a real difference.The apartment itself is beautiful, clean, and thoughtfully equipped. The bedrooms are spacious and comfortable. Water pressure was great, and everything functioned exactly as it should. A small backyard and a patio off the apartment were nice touches, giving guests the option to step outside for fresh air. We felt safe in the neighborhood throughout our stay. The nearest L stop is about a mile away — walkable, though worth factoring into your plans.A few things prospective guests should know going in. The apartment is on the second floor, which involves a flight of stairs. Garage parking is available, but the space is tight — too narrow for our large van. Both of these details are noted in the listing description, which I'll admit I didn't read as carefully as I should have. If you're traveling with guests who have mobility challenges or driving a larger vehicle, it's worth reviewing those details before you book.The other consideration is noise from the unit above. At times, particularly late at night, we could hear movement. For me, it wasn't an issue, but for some members of my family, it disrupted sleep. Sensitive sleepers may want to bring earplugs. "

"I checked in. Waited for the receptionist. I got checked in and provided my credit card. I was assigned to room #2. I requested the first floor because I was traveling with someone that was handicap. At first I couldn't open the door, so I went back to the front desk and was told to tried harder, to move the handle up and down,so I went back and did what I was told but a male came out and asked what I want. I showed him the sleve of my key that showed room #2. (Thursday May 7) I went back to the front desk and had to wait a long time because there were people checking in or asking question. The receptionist searched for another room but there was nothing available and he told me that there was not going to be charges. I asked for the docs I signed and the guy, the receptionist tore the papers in front of me and he said there is not charge because I didn't get a room. I left believing that I was not going to get charges. To my surprised I did. I contacted hotels.com via chat and on the phone. The hotel keeps on twlling them that I will not get my refund because I checked in, and they have a copy of my ID and credit card.... first of all they should not have a copy of my credit card and 2nd the receptionist had to made extra copies because what the hell he tored in front of me. Any how. I will never ever stayed there, they overbooked and they charged you the full stayed, in additional they can give you a room where someoneelse is staying, no a safe hotel."
