"You don’t have to plan better the front receptionist ladies in the afternoon even early evening were amazing. They were all super helpful, super polite, super courteous. They are customer service at the top day go all above and beyond and I would definitely stay there again be the first place I would stop passing to grants Pass, Oregon great price continental breakfast beautiful rooms. It’s great if you want a good view of parts of grants Pass take a third story room and you’ll be able to see it. The train goes by from my distance. You can see that it’s an awesome view with the mountains. I honestly for the price it’s fine. It was not bad at all very easy very cheap compared to now others especially early summer I would pay top price for it in the winter and top tour season just for the employees alone. I hear their bosses are amazing. You can tell they don’t work a day in their lives because they love their job thank you to all the staff stayed in room 305 third story. On June 17 until June 18, 2026 I’d love it and do it again."
"Girl in charge was AWESOME. It was sweltering in the room. I can’t believe it took 6 hrs to finally cool down (granted, it was 100° outside, but it still should’ve cooled off). And it was a good air conditioner. Even the bricked wall in the bathroom was hot. Went to use the microwave, and there was a to go container with rotten food and bugs. She just forgot to check the microwave. She even came up with cleaner and cleaned the whole thing. Stains on the bed spread and on a few towels. The hand soap dispenser had soap. The one that said lotion had soap. In the shower had body soap, shampoo, conditioner. Yes on the body soap, maybe shampoo? Conditioner was soap. Not cool.
Bed was comphy. Good shower. Won’t stay again. The garbage container was open and STUNK. I’m sure the heat didn’t help but the lid should’ve been shut."
