Relax in your private garden with seating area, surrounded by pine trees and scenic olive grove paths perfect for peaceful walks. The ground-floor apartment is part of the historic La Filanda complex, offering a retreat immersed in nature.  
  
Shared parking is available on site, and public transport is within easy reach. Events are not allowed, and quiet hours are required: before 8:00 am, from 12:30 pm to 3:30 pm, and after 10:00 pm, to ensure all guests’ comfort. The area offers excellent food and wine experiences at local wineries and the chance to explore the surroundings by renting e-bikes with guided tours. Information on grocery delivery is available at the property. Extra cleaning is available on request for an additional fee after the fourth night for stays of at least 7 nights.
