Mas a proprietária foi muito atenciosa e conseguiu um outro apartamento algumas ruas para frente. Fiquei chateada apenas porque não fiquei onde havia locado e também porque o local tinha wifi e o outro não tinha, e liguei confirmando 1 semana depois da reserva. Não é um hotel! São kitchnettes sem nenhum tipo de roupa de cama, nem banho. Não havia sequer tapete no banheiro. Logo na chegada encontrei 2 baratas e depois que fui comprar inseticida, ..., muitas outras apareceram mortas. As panelas, pratos e utensílios de cozinha eram velhos mas limpos. Não havia nenhum tipo de sabão ou bucha ou qualquer maneira de se lavar os utensílios. Ninguém ficava no estabelecimento. Se precisássemos de qualquer coisa, tínhamos que fazer uma ligação telefônica para a unidade no continente e alguém viria, depois de horas. O vizinho tocou música de péssima qualidade em volumes absurdos ao ponto de termos de chamar a polícia. A estadia; Moveis, geladeira e colchões em más condições. No banheiro, a janela precisa de conserto e limpeza, a porta é sanfonada e raspa no chão, o espelho fica solto, apenas apoiado na pia, não tem box (nem "cortina") e faltam todos acessórios: porta-toalhas, porta-sabonete, suporte para papel higiênico. A segurança depende dos hospedes, já que cada um é responsável por manter o portão trancado.
