NĆ£o se trata de hotel e sim de um apartamento de temporada,houve dificuldade para encontrar a chave na chegada e nĆ£o havia roupas de cama, o ventilador tambĆ©m nĆ£o estava funcionado adequadamente, mas como apartamento de temporada foi Ć³tima a estadia. Apenas faltou informaĆ§Ć£o sobre o quarto.

NĆ£o fiquei no local pois aluguei por aqui e quando cheguei tinham alugado pra outra pessoa, que inclusive ja estavam no apartamento. fiz uma viagem de 5 horas com uma crianƧa de 3 anos no carro e quando cheguei que foram informar que tinham feito outra reserva segundos depois da minha, e acabou que eu que reservei antes fiquei sem. Mas a proprietĆ”ria foi muito atenciosa e conseguiu um outro apartamento algumas ruas para frente. Fiquei chateada apenas porque nĆ£o fiquei onde havia locado e tambĆ©m porque o local tinha wifi e o outro nĆ£o tinha, e liguei confirmando 1 semana depois da reserva. Mas graƧas a deus nĆ£o perdi a viagem.

NĆ£o Ć© um hotel! SĆ£o kitchnettes sem nenhum tipo de roupa de cama, nem banho. NĆ£o havia sequer tapete no banheiro. Logo na chegada encontrei 2 baratas e depois que fui comprar inseticida, ..., muitas outras apareceram mortas. As panelas, pratos e utensĆ­lios de cozinha eram velhos mas limpos. NĆ£o havia nenhum tipo de sabĆ£o ou bucha ou qualquer maneira de se lavar os utensĆ­lios. NinguĆ©m ficava no estabelecimento. Se precisĆ”ssemos de qualquer coisa, tĆ­nhamos que fazer uma ligaĆ§Ć£o telefĆ“nica para a unidade no continente e alguĆ©m viria, depois de horas. O vizinho tocou mĆŗsica de pĆ©ssima qualidade em volumes absurdos ao ponto de termos de chamar a polĆ­cia. PĆ©ssima experiĆŖncia.

Verificamos alguns problemas em nossa chegada mas em conversa com a proprietĆ”ria percebemos que estĆ” investindo para melhorar cada vez mais.Quanto a localizaĆ§Ć£o Ć© muito boa , perto da praia e do comercio local.Vamos aguardar mais um pouco para voltar lĆ” pois vimos que a intenĆ§Ć£o de melhorar o acolhimento Ć© real.

Na chegada; nĆ£o tem recepĆ§Ć£o, o hospede ao chegar precisa ligar, com o prĆ³prio telefone (se tiver) para o telefone indicado em um aviso colado na parede, e esperar que tragam a chave. A estadia; Moveis, geladeira e colchƵes em mĆ”s condiƧƵes. No banheiro, a janela precisa de conserto e limpeza, a porta Ć© sanfonada e raspa no chĆ£o, o espelho fica solto, apenas apoiado na pia, nĆ£o tem box (nem "cortina") e faltam todos acessĆ³rios: porta-toalhas, porta-sabonete, suporte para papel higiĆŖnico. A seguranƧa depende dos hospedes, jĆ” que cada um Ć© responsĆ”vel por manter o portĆ£o trancado. Na saĆ­da; Ć© o mesmo problema da chegada, precisa ligar para alguĆ©m para fazer o "check-out", que se resume a receber a orientaĆ§Ć£o "quando sair deixe as chaves no quarto".

tudo muito bom
muito boa so acho que deveria ter levado mais ventilador da minha casa porque o que tinha no quarto nĆ£o dava conta de apaziguar o calor
