Incredibly friendly owner who had a genuine interest in our safety and enjoyment…and as for the property…wow! Amazing! A bargain and it feels a lot bigger than in the photographs when you’re actually there which was perfect for our big family of 12!"

"The view from the villa is amazing. Watching the sun rise over the hills and water is the perfect way to start a day. The villa has all amenities you require and the host responds quickly to any requests. There is ample parking for several cars and they are secured by a gate. It is possible to walk to the centre but it is a long and hilly walk. Good for keeping fit. Not overlooked by any other properties you can enjoy the poolside area without concerns. "We had a lovely weeklong stay at this home in Gassin, which was even more charming in person. We spent much of our time outdoors, enjoying the pool and surrounding areas. The bedrooms were large and comfortable, the A/C was great for some pretty steamy days, and the kitchen was very well stocked for the large dinners we cooked there and on the outdoor grill. Vincent was quick to respond to any questions we had. We'd love to come back another time!"

"We have spent 2 weeks in February. The house is very clean, comfortable and nicely decorated. It has to be particularly nice during the summer. In the winter time it's a little bit cold, but the owner has provided additional heating. The neighborhood is rather calm, and Grimaud village really wonderful. During the winter neighbors of the house below heat heavily with their fireplace which is quite annoying. Difficult to open the windows to ventilate. It is the reason why I have not put 5 stars...

"We had the most fabulous 2 weeks in this stunning villa in Cap Negre. Having holidayed in the area before we had identified this domaine a favourable location …stunning views, a private beach and walkway to the main beach in Cavaliere.. Jean-Francois was a pleasure to deal with and Ursula the housekeeper was most helpful we have already requested to book the same period next year which says it all really !"

"Le mobil home à 3 chambres (+ salon), la terrasse est vraiment grande, couverte, nous y avons passé beaucoup de temps, jacuzzi et barbecue. Le Mobil home est bien situé dans le camping, pas trop près de l'entrée ou il y avait quelques mauvaise odeurs cette semaine. Au calme. Le camping est situé à côté de l'aéroport mais ça ne nous a pas gêné, peu d'avion et pas de bruit assourdissant contrairement à ce qu'on aurait pu penser. Le camping est sympa, sécurisé, petits stand de Panisse, glaces...

"The location was perfect. It was less than a 5 min walk into town, where you could find plenty of shopping and restaurants. If you wanted to go to Saint Tropez, it was a short walk to the shuttle boat that ran frequently. We spent a lot of our time at the house as the view and lounging by the pool really couldn’t be beat. "This is a very nice house, close to all the amenities that you can imagine. Even a casino. The agent was genuinely helpful and wanted the best for us. But for this house to have a 5 stars rating, it would need the following: 1. Heated pool. Be careful about this one as the listing mentioned that the pool was heated. It is not! 2. A faster internet as we now always work remotely. The internet was abysmally slow. Not acceptable. 3. A TV a bit bigger in the living room than a simple computer...
