"Hortensia "The room is really beautiful, just as the pictures are shown. Convenient location to visit Strasbourg, Colmar, the nearby towns and even the Black Forest. When we arrived at the property street, we spent approximately an hour trying to locate the property. The property owner did not pick up our calls. When we finally found the property, the owner claimed that they had no record of our booking, despite us having paid in full just a few weeks before.
