Amazing hotel in the heart of Akihabara! Highly recommend!!! Best bathroom/shower/tub I’ve ever experienced. The restaurant is wonderful and the breakfast is excellent. Fabulous coffee.

Overall it was nice, clean, staff was friendly. It is a bit pricey, not enough English speaking staff, maybe 1 or 2 that understood English. I found the location too far from many places. TV didn’t have any English options, wifi in room was weak. I found restaurant service extremely slow in the morning.
Overall it is a nice hotel just a few things that need fixing

The pajamas were stained and uncomfortable. The Yukata were a terrible fabric and the undershirt was very used and worn fabric.
Nothing cotton or soft, very scratchy.
