Especially if you stay under the terrace, you can hear the chairs being pushed back and forth all the time. I can't understand why the riad managers don't do anything about this. The rooms are really very small and unfortunately musty due to humidity (we had to change rooms). The staff are really nice and make an effort. Unfortunately, they can't help the circumstances. The location is good. The breakfast has very little choice and is almost always the same. The riad managers can certainly make a big difference here with small changes. Nice riad with friendly staff and centrally located. Rooms were spacious, taken care of and the bathroom was proper. Definitely a place I would come back to.

The property was absolutely beautiful. Our host (who used to be a teacher!)was very gracious and we were greeted enthusiasticly and with a tea and a desert. Our host did an amazing job helping us book our excursions to the Ouzud Waterfalls and The Agafay Desert for a camel ride + dinner and a special show. The bed was comfortable and the soap and shampoo smelled great. The daily Moroccan Breakfast on the rooftop was delicious. The rooftop is a great space to sit and enjoy the breeze as well. The waitstaff was friendly and prompt. The special Moroccan tea was itself an experience. We also loved the little cat that lives at the rooftop!! The small pool was really nice and cold. It was great to cool off after being out all day in the heat. It was a little noisy on the first floor as our room was in the courtyard but not so much it disturbed my sleep. I would 100% stay here again. Actively dreaming about returning here for the 2030 World Cup! It was an amazing experience to be able to walk through the marketplace from our hotel and the entire staff were absolutely amazing and courteous. Much love from America. Shokran! En shalla!!!

The most like about property is near by of some attraction and staff is very nice each individual. But not like about property is very noisy and small market out side where vendors selling fruit & veg. Otherwise staff is good with traditional breakfast include.
