I don't know if the rooms in all riads are so sensitive to noise. I'm not sensitive, but the rooms are really very soundproof. Especially if you stay under the terrace, you can hear the chairs being pushed back and forth all the time. I can't understand why the riad managers don't do anything about this. The rooms are really very small and unfortunately musty due to humidity (we had to change rooms). The staff are really nice and make an effort. Unfortunately, they can't help the circumstances. The location is good. The breakfast has very little choice and is almost always the same. The riad managers can certainly make a big difference here with small changes. Overall was good, not best location, it’s a fair walk to souks or restaurants. Nothing close by. Swimming pool extremely small, breakfast its simple but good. Music keeps playing at night which is a bit annoying. I’ll give a 6 out 10. Recommend to stay there, staff are really welcoming. Shout out to Mustafa, really helpful. Also do it the Balloon ride which the hotel offers, great offer. Thanks

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here. The Ekla team went over and beyond to make us feel comfortable. Special thanks to Redouane, Idriss, the two Mustaphas & one other person I am missing. Sorry I forgot his name.These guys were all amazing. Attentive & provided pretty much everything we asked for. I highly recommend Ekla for your stay in Marakkech if you choose a Riad

Warning! property was great, staff were super friendly. However we were put across the road in a seperate building. The first night was horrible, after complaining they moved us. Was like a completely different experience. They shouldn’t be charging the same amount to stay in the crap place across the road. Main hotel was beautiful, full of light and a cute pool in the middle. Checkout took a long time
