There is a large garden behind the houses, which offers plenty of space to play or relax. From the apartment you have direct access to the garden. The house is about 2 minutes away from the public beach in the Lemprato district with a children's playground, bar / cafe and pizzeria. All of this can be achieved without having to walk along the street. There are no shops, another restaurant and a bakery in 100-150m distance. The apartment is very nicely decorated. It offers an open living room with 2 armchairs and TV, as well as an open kitchen with gas stove, oven and large fridge with freezer. There is also a double bedroom and a single bedroom with the possibility of a pull-out bed. We would like to point out that when this room is used twice there is hardly any freedom of movement. The bathroom is equipped with a shower and a washing machine. In the garden there is a small terrace with a dining area, a charcoal grill and deck chairs. Vorher bestand völlig unkompliziert Kontakt per WhatsApp. Wir erhielten sogar eine großere und schönere Wohnung , als gebucht. Diese wurde neu in die Vermietung aufgenommen und wir durften sie testen. Alles war sehr sauber , freundlich eingerichtet. Eine sehr ausführliche Infomappe liegt für die Gäste bereit. Zur Begrüßung stand eine Flasche Wein für uns da. Simone war stets für uns da. Die Umgebung war sehr gepflegt , alles war fußläufig zu erreichen..kleiner Supermarkt, Eisdiele , Restaurant, Markt.
