Appartement was helemaal vernieuwd (enkel in de keuken kan nog wat vernieuwing gebeuren vb. meer bestek en glazen, waterkoker, nieuwe pannen). Prima locatie voor uitstapjes, minder druk als het Gardameer, helaas is er voor de deur wel een drukke weg en zijn de huisjes vrij gehorig. Douche was prima, het appartement was vrij donker. Verder prima zwembad erbij, en eigenaren zijn erg aardig en behulpzaam. Iedere maandag word er een kennismakingsborrel met lekkere hapje georganiseerd. erg leuk!! Helaas was de engels sprekende eigenaar niet altijd aanwezig. De appartementen liggen boven een drukke smalle weg, regelmatig toch wel enige geluidshinder.
