"While we were unable to complete our reservation due to plumbing troubles during their renovations, the staff was exceptionally helpful in cancelling our accomodations and were very kind. Especially Amber and Deja the night of the reservation, and Ben and Dorothy when I had to finalize the refund. They were all beyond gracious and demonstrated professionalism, fine etiquette and exemplified the meaning of hospitality. I have always wanted to stay at the Elegante, and this was supposed to be the trip that happened. Because they handled this regrettable situation with such courtesy and finesse, my esteem for the property has not diminished at all and has in fact, grown fonder. I will absolutely return to this grand dame of Beaumont and recommend it to friends and family who visit."

"We had such a wonderful stay at this cabin! It was the perfect little getaway for us—very romantic, peaceful, and incredibly private. The cabin was clean, cozy, and made us feel completely safe and comfortable throughout our stay.The owners were so sweet and incredibly easy to communicate with. They were responsive, helpful, and made the whole experience feel effortless from start to finish.If you’re looking for a quiet, private, romantic getaway, we definitely recommend staying here! We would absolutely love to come back. "
