    The house is ideally situated, first line in front of the sea, perched on a rock cliff, in the old fisherman's quarter of Ibiza Town “La Marina”. With its privileged location the property provides stunning views to the sea and Formentera, spectacular views to “Dalt Vila” (the old walled town) -which has been declared a World Heritage Site by UNESCO- and the Cathedral.
    This property has a pretty impressive 360 panorama view from the roof terrace.
    The terrace is huge and ideal for sunbathing / star gazing in total privacy….
    Breathtaking location, exclusive and unique: one of the only few houses in first sea line in Ibiza Town -which you can count on the fingers of one hand-. This house is unbelievably gorgeous. Nana was an incredible host and we had such a lovely time. The views are unbeatable and the house was comfy, cozy, and clean. The rooms had blackout shades, the roof was an amazing place to chill and we loved every moment. Will definitely book again next time we’re in Ibiza.

Nice apartment for a girls trip! It has multiple levels for us to hang out in and a large bathroom on the bottom floor for us to get ready for our activities. I would highly recommend this space for a girls' trip or group vacation!

Fantastic stay in this beautiful house!

Weekend in Ibiza

A wonderful property that is in a prime position. Overlooks the ocean and close to a great selection of bars and restaurants. The whole house is amazing and the roof terrace especially is phenomenal. Would happily stay again!!

Great location with amazing views!

The house is great as it is large and offers multiple different areas to spend time through the day. It is walking distance to many great shops and places to eat and drink. But the views of the water and port are one of its best highlights!

Girls trip to Ibiza

We had a wonderful stay at Nana & Jo’s! The house is exceptionally beautiful—even better than the pictures. There is everything you might need from beach towels to kitchen supplies. Nana was very responsive and was quick to address any issues we had.

Amazing view!

The house is stunning with large windows on its facade which give a breathtaking view of the sea. The rooftop patio is even more impressive. It’s rare to get a view like this one with a great location in the old town!

Perfect Location

Our stay was wonderful, the view is incredible and the location is perfect as well. The walk up is difficult as per other reviews but we knew that going into it and it didn't effect our stay at all. The hosts were very easy to communicate with too. 10/10 recommend!

The most amazing stay!

Group of 4 girls who had the most amazing stay. The villa is just as amazing in real life as in the photos. Location was spot on, being pretty much central to whatever you need! Thank you to Nana & Jo for being super communicative and helpful. I would come back in a heartbeat!

Fantastic House at the end of Ibiza Old Town Pier

We absolutely loved our stay here - firstly it was exactly as expected from the pictures and description, spacious and comfy with plenty of facilities. Perfect location too, right at the end of the pier as it gets quieter away from the bars and restaurants. Host was easily contactable on VRBO app / whatsapp. Would definitely come back when visiting the island again. Thanks so much!

Nana and Jo have an amazing apartment! We spent all our time in the beautiful balcony. The steps up to and within the apartment are steep but it is worth it for the amazing views. Perfect three days thank you!

This is a beautiful place !

The pictures of this listing do not do it justice! It was probably the best rental I have stayed in and I have stayed in over 30. Everything about this property is class. All the comforts of home and the location is perfect! Nana an Jo could not of been more helpful, truly the best hosts. Our experience in Ibiza was one of the best.

Located in the old Harbour, with a stunning view on the terrace we enjoyed every single moment! You only have to know, that there are lots of stairs to the apartment and within the apartment! We definitely will come back!!!

Amazing house

The house is perfectly located in Ibiza town. Shops, restaurants and bars are close by. The house offers everything you need, a fantastic few from the rooftop terrace, very clean and looks like on the pictures. Nana and Jo are fantastic hosts, always available for questions very accomondating. Easy Check-in and Check-out. We had a fantastic stay on the island and in this house it was amazing!! Thanks a lot!

Fantastic flat in Ibiza old town

Great apartment with 3 sleeping rooms, no problem for 3 couples. Amazing view from the living room and the stunning roof top terrace over the ocean, harbour and the castle. Spacious kitchen, very good equipped. Just note that there quite some stairs in this old building. Upfront communication with the owners was friendly and smooth, the check-in process easy. Highly recommended.

Fantastic house in Old Town Ibiza

We absolutely loved our brief stay - perfect location near the end of the port, quiet and peaceful with fantastic views, but walkable to everything in old town. House is beautifully renovated and maintained, with all the necessary conveniences, including great kitchen appliances, and wonderful outdoor lounging spaces. Lots of stairs, as others have noted, but for us that only added to the charm. Hosts were also very responsive and helpful. We fell madly in love with this place and hope to go back again when we can stay for longer! Highly recommend.
