Friendly and efficient service. Hotel and grounds are stunning. Spacious large rooms that are clean and comfortable. Dinners are amazing. Food is delicious and the presentation and small surprises are delightful. Walking Distance to shopping. Spa is a treat. We just swam but it was so relaxing and warm. Great facility. Would highly recommend.

La Mirage was an oasis in Cotacachi. Really nice grounds with beautiful animals and flowers all over. Elegant rooms. Superior dining experience. Breakfast was delicious. Staff was very thoughtful and kind. Would stay again, and highly recomend.

Really great place to relax with excellent spa services and great food really exquisite and unique gastronomic experience. I had a spa treatment and it was one of the best I have ever had. I also had dinner and breakfast and it was an outstanding gastronomic experience.

This hotel is a true mirage, highly recommend! The property is beautiful, very well maintained, and the service is impeccable, probably the best my husband and I ever had. We travel quite a lot and we were truly impressed by this gem of the hotel and by people who work there.

Luxury in Cotacachi

The Mirage Resort is a wonderful place to relax. Rooms are beautiful, huge and have all amenities. Fireplace was wonderful and needed in the evenings which are cool. Restaurant was great. Sap is fantastic. Would recommend to everyone.

The place is nice, given the property size, the gardens were very well-kept and the place is beautiful! Our family of 4 (2 adults, 2 babies) stayed in the family suite. We noticed a thin layer of dust all over the place when we arrived. Overall the rooms feel outdated but were as advertised on the listing. Kudos to the listing photographer because we felt a bit fooled by the pictures vs the actual feel of the room.The hydro message was not working and pool was a bit cold for the babies, still the atmosphere is very nice and relaxing. One of our babies has access restrictions, the family suites are really not stroller friendly (or even wheel chair accesible for that matter). When you enter the familly suite you are faced with 3 stairs to get to the door and then inside a flight of stairs that decends down to the actual room. Personally would recommend for couples only even though it is advertised as family friendly.

Fuimos en viaje de pareja, desde el momento del recibimiento se siente la calidad en el servicio, están atentos a cada detalle. Tuvimos la oportunidad de hacer uso del SPA en pareja y fue una grata experiencia, durante la sesión de masaje tienen prendida una chimenea. La habitación es estilo antiguo muy bien cuidada y limpia. La piscina de igual manera. En cuando a la cena y desayuno tienen buenas opciones para una cena romántica y un desayuno genial con panes recién horneados y un buen café. 100% recomendado.
