The breakfast service is not good and food choice is limited. The staff will chased guests to leave at 10 am sharp, irregardless they had delayed the guest time to get and finished their food as food were often not replenished in time to be ready for guests.

Location, Location. The hotel looks old and the rooms are elementary; the breakfast is not good. But it is in a great location, so I highly recommend it.

I had to pack my stuff and leave my previously reserved hotel with my wife at 2 a.m. and check-in at Shila Stay at 3 a.m. The hotel receptionist was at the desk and really helpful. My staying over two night was the most peaceful and refreshing. I would come here again if I come to Busan. P.S. Don’t go to Songjeong if you don’t know the area well enough.

This is not really a hotel, which is fine if you are aware of that. It is a brand new residential building. Like...so new that the other doors in the hallway were still covered in cardboard. It is very clean and well located but seems to be still working on setting up. Our daily towels never arrived, no daily trash pick up, and there are extra charges for things like more than one pillow per person. Its a fine option if you understand what you are booking. Very spacious.

"I had a pleasant stay overall - rooms were clean, staff was friendly, and the amenities were good. However, there was no dedicated space for drop-offs on check-in, which made arrival and departure a bit stressful, especially with luggage. Two buses occupied the whole space."
