Magnifique villa de 350 m2 en bord de mer sur la Presqu’île de Giens avec vue mer et piscine. Idéale pour un séjour reposant en famille ou entre amis à l’abri des regards . La villa est composée de 5 chbs, 1 sdb,3 sde d'une cuisine équipée et d'un séjour face à la mer. Attention aux enfants en bas âge avec la piscine. Sur place, activités nautiques, kite, paddle, snorkeling, sortie en mer à Porquerolles et Port Cros.

La villa est composée d’un grand salon spacieux et lumineux et d'une cuisine ouverte tout équipée. Cet espace donne sur une vaste terrasse qui dessert le 1er étage de la villa et domine le jardin méditerranéen et la piscine.
Le jardin comporte aussi une cuisine d’été et une douche extérieure.

Attention aux enfants en bas âge : la villa comprend de nombreuses marches et une grande piscine. Elle n'est pas conseillée pour les enfants trop jeunes qui doivent être sous la surveillance de leurs parents.
Accès au logement en entier, 5 chambres climatisées, 1 salle de bains,3 salle d'eau, cuisine d'été, piscine, jardin.

La villa comporte une seconde terrasse avec une grande table de jardin pour profiter d’une autre ambiance. Vous disposerez d’une plancha et d’un coin idéal pour l’apéritif.
