Small single-family house "Magali". 2 km from the centre of Hyères, 20 km from the centre of Toulon, 4 km from the sea, 4 km from the beach. For shared use: natural state property 5'000 m2 (fenced), garden with plants and trees, parking (for 2 cars) at 50 m on the premises. Shop 500 m, restaurant 2 km, bar 2 km, café 2 km, bus stop 150 m. Please note: Loading and unloading of baggage is possible at the holiday house. The owner lives on the same property. Main road 30 m from the property. The house is located on a small, family campsite with 10 pitches, which are only occupied by regular guests in July and August.  
"Magali", 2-room house 40 m2 on 2 levels. Practical furnishings: living/sleeping room with 1 double sofabed, dining table, TV, radio and air conditioning. 1 room with 1 french bed (160 cm). Kitchenette (oven, 3 ceramic glass hob hotplates, toaster, kettle, microwave, freezer, electric coffee machine). Shower/WC. Upper floor: (ladder), 1 open room with sloping ceilings with 1 sleeping facility (140 cm). Electric heating. Terrace roofed. Terrace furniture, barbecue (portable), deck chairs (4). Facilities: washing machine, baby cot. Internet (WiFi, free). Please note: non-smokers only. Maximum 1 pet/ dog allowed.
