The access to the town center by walk was really good. A super market is situated next to the Hotel.

OK as a solo traveller when it's not too hot

Service is good and room was clean. Sadly rooms are pretty small and the AC didn't really work so had to have window constantly open. Staff indifferent about the situation. Pool and bar area nice.

The room was quite small and needs an update on paint and general upkeep. Most of the staff didn't speak English,and the restaurant did not have a menu in English, which, I must say, I have never seen in an international hotel brand. Other than that, the stay was just generally average. I would not go back, but it is kind of the only place to stay in Hyeres, so I guess that's why they can get away with it. Sad to say

Construction !!!

Unfortunately, we are a flight crew and was hoping to get 4-5 hrs of crew rest before continuing our trip
.. there is construction going on !!!! We were unaware of this until we climbed into bed and the saws and drill started! Hotel should have alerted us prior to checking in !!

Receptionist was not very empathetic. The room (standard) is quite smalland the toilet was dirty. Outskirts area poorly served. On the positive side, it must be said that in the room there are all the accessories, even if the fridge was completely empty, without even a small bottle of water.

A l'arrivĂ©e on vous demandes votre C B pour une empreint que la chambre a Ă©tĂ© rĂ©gler depuis la rĂ©servation , en suite la tĂ©lĂ©commande de tĂ©lĂ©vision de marche pas obligĂ©e de redescendre a l'accueil la chambre sentais la peinture avec la fenĂȘtre grande ouverte le wc salle , pas de pression d'eau a la douchette vraiment un sĂ©jour dĂ©sagrĂ©able comme celui de Troyes (10) j'irai plus dans les mercures je prĂ©fĂšre 100 fois les Novotel pourtant le mĂȘme groupe exemple un expresso au bar 2,50 € je pense que c'est un peu exagĂ©rer on est pas au front de mer ( 4kilometres)

Quelle déception !

Nous avons Ă©tĂ© déçus de notre choix, l'hĂŽtel ne correspond pas Ă  un 4 Ă©toiles. Nous trouvons dommage que pour une chaĂźne ACCOR, il y ait une telle disparitĂ© entre les hĂŽtels d'une mĂȘme catĂ©gorie/nom. Si on choisit un hĂŽtel de ce groupe, c'est pour Ă©viter des mauvaises surprises. Points nĂ©gatifs : dĂšs l'entrĂ©e dans l'hĂŽtel, le sol est collant, l'accueil est juste correct, le tapis dans la chambre est trĂšs tĂąchĂ©, la baignoire est abimĂ©e, le lavabo est bouchĂ©, le coffre-fort n'avait plus de piles, le rĂ©frigĂ©rateur est vide et noir de moisi, pas d'eau Ă  disposition...l'Ă©co-responsabilitĂ© a bon dos !! Points positifs : calme (au 4Ăšme Ă©tage) et bonne literie.
