La Capte lo conosciamo da anni, ma riscoprirla con uno studio arredato molto bene, vicinissimo al mare e al mercatino settimanale ha creato i presupposti per una settimana fantastica. Il padrone di casa si presenta per portarvi baguette, pain o chocolat e riviste. Da provare perché ne vale la pena.

Le propriétaire nous a bien accueilli avec un présent à l’arrivée et du pain et des croissants frais le lendemain matin. Seul bémol du studio, la salle de douche est trop petite. En revanche, les extérieurs sont pas mal et vraiment très près de la plage.

La clim ne fonctionne pas . Pas révisée. Avec ces chaleurs c était plutôt inacceptable. La porte du freezer cassée. Pas de four. Wc inaccessiblent par le lave linge.. il ne faut faire 80 kilos! Point positif proche de la plage

Ça peut aller si on a un sommeil lourd 😁

Bonjour Votre location est au top sauf pour les lits, sommier trop dur. Et trop de bruit la nuit pour dormir du au bruit du frigo et clim.... Sin on a un sommeil lourd ça devrait le faire. Je pense qu'en pleine saison avec pas de place réservé, qui va à la chasse perds sa place, mais si on ne bouge pas trop ce n'est pas un souci. Sinon la douche dehors est géniale pour rincer le paddle ou autre. L'emplacement dehors avec ses chaises table.. C'est cool Les bornes à phéromones anti moustiques dans la commune apportent leur fruit, presque plus de piqûres de moustiques. Voilà voilà Bien à vous

Un petit coin de paradis

Studio agréable bien équipée très propre on a eu l occasion de croiser le propriétaire très sympathique et attentionné envers ces locataires, seul petit bémol il manque une place de parking attitré . L agence est au top .nous pensons y retourner.

Après avoir passé une semaine au studio FLAMME. Nous sommes plus que satisfait. Propreté au top. Équipement au top léger bémol sur le WiFi qui n est pas accessible jusqu'au couchage. Nous avons fort fort apprécié la douche extérieur mise à disposition et est d autant plus agréable. Le propriétaire a su faire la différence avec son kit d arrivée ainsi que les croissants/journaux du lendemain. Toujours disponible pour d éventuels questionnement. Si nous revenons dans le coin nous reviendrons avec plaisir. Ah petit léger bémol encore sur le manque de plancha que nous aurons bien apprécié lors de nos repas mais d autres choses nous ont fait oublier cela :) Emplacement idéal et proche mer ++ Cordialement Mlle Wilhelm

petit appartement très propre et confortable. vraiment proche de la plage..belle terrasse...vraiment parfait.. Dommage pour le WiFi..impossible de se connecter..et pas de réseau dans l'appartement ..et pourtant, indispensable de nos jours pour rester joignable ou même tout simplement organiser ses journées ..

Logement correct pour deux mais omniprésence du proprio par le biais de l’étiquetage de chaque ustensile jusqu’aux toilettes , bref partout. Pas de stationnement devant le logement pour charger ou décharger notre voiture. Wifi quasiment nul et la réponse du propriétaire de façon sarcastique n’a pas amélioré les choses , obligé de sortir dans la rue pour capter la 3 ou 4 G voire simplement pour téléphoner tous simplement. Seul la proximité de la plage a sauvé le séjour .

Superbe appartement, très propre et très bien aménagé ! Literie très bonne! Belle terrasse! Il ne manque rien. Nous y avons passé 2 semaines magnifiques avec nos 2 enfants et avons déjà réservé pour cet été. Il se situe à côté de la plage et très proche du centre de la Capte! Merci au propriétaire pour son chaleureux accueil et sa gentillesse. Nous ne pouvons que recommander ce logement.
