Within an XVIIIth century family estate, with wide park planted with olive and orange trees, and 20 species of palm trees. Queen Victoria visited the estate when she staid in Hyères in the spring of 1982\. Big loggia with pleasant view on the park. Private garden (picture 2). Meals possible in the loggia and in the garden. Storage room in the ground floor (for food, bikes, etc.). Guests are welcome in the 2 acre upper part of the park as well as to the tennis court. The Almanarre beach, popular with windsurfers and kytesurfers, can be reached by a 15 minutes walk. Leur appartement à Hyeres est un endroit merveilleux pour passer des vacances. Bien que l'appartement soit situé en plein centre d'Hyères et à quelques minutes en voiture des longues plages, il se trouve au milieu d'un immense ancien domaine. On a presque l'impression de se retrouver seul à la campagne parmi tous ces oliviers. L'ancienne maison de maître avec tous ses jardins et ses bassins est un endroit romantique et enchanteur - il faut absolument que Marc nous fasse visiter le domaine. La grande loggia couverte est un endroit idéal pour passer la journée. Ce qui nous manquera, c'est le chant constant des cigales. Un grand merci à Marc et Evelyne pour les bons moments passés. The holiday flat in Hyeres is a wonderful place to spend a holiday. Although the flat is in the middle of Hyeres and only a few minutes by car from the long beaches, it is in the middle of a huge former country estate. You almost have the feeling of being all alone in the countryside among all the olive trees. The old manor house with all its gardens and water basins is an enchanted, romantic place - you should definitely ask Marc to show you around. The large, covered loggia is a wonderful place to spend the days. We will miss the constant singing of the cicadas. Many thanks to Marc and Evelyne for the wonderful time. Die Ferienwohnung in Hyeres ist ein wunderbarer Ort, um dort Urlaub zu machen. Obwohl die Wohnung mitten in Hyeres liegt und nur wenige Autominuten von den langen Stränden entfernt, liegt sie inmitten eines riesigen ehemaligen Landgutes. Fast hat man das Gefühl, zwischen all den Olivenbäumen sich ganz alleine auf dem Land zu befinden. Das alte Herrenhaus mit all den Gartenanlagen und Wasserbecken ist ein verwunschener, romantischer Ort - man sollte sich unbedingt das Areal von Marc zeigen lassen. In der großen, überdachten Loggia kann man wunderbar die Tage verbringen. Vermissen werden wir den steten Gesang der Zikaden. Hélas... Plus de banquette mais deux fauteuils type chaises en velours...tout comme le tapis, toujours là.... pas optimal en ces périodes de COVID... MAIS surtout une télévision inutilisable. Le propriétaire absent a tenté vainement et maladroitement de gérer à distance le sujet (parti à la montagne)... Il a fallu attendre de savoir si son gendre pouvait régler le sujet le soir de l'arrivée puis le lendemain matin.... puis attendre le lundi si SFR pouvait faire quelque chose à distance avant que le mardi on puisse envisager une intervention de leur part... Peut être à devoir changer le boîtier le mercredi en Boutique SFR par le cousin du propriétaire... Et si pas abouti, l'intervention d'un technicien le jeudi... Mais c'est inacceptable de gérer cette logistique, devoir attendre les personnes... Penser qu'à ça pendant près d'une semaine... Nous sommes quand en vacances ?? Nous sommes arrivés un samedi pour 2 semaines... Sommes répartis le mardi matin de notre arrivée... Avec le Covid, impossible pour nous de prendre le risque de sortir tous les soirs pour passer le temps ET impossible d'utiliser un ordi perso comme suggéré par le propriétaire car pas assez puissant... Sans parler qu'il faut se créer des comptes pour accéder aux chaînes du Groupe Tf1 ou M6... Pas de proposition de dédommagement ni de revenir hors saison en consolation... Rien si ce n'est "c'est dommage, chez vous vous aurez la TV mais pas la mer"... Nous sommes très déçus.... D'autant plus que le fonctionnement de cette TV avait fait l'objet de questionnement de notre part à la réservation et au paiement du solde... Pas comme si les choses n'avaient pu être gérées en amont... Et le propriétaire aurait pu revenir pour gérer tout ça... C'est pas aux vacanciers de subir... Une TV pour les plus de 60 ans en période de Covid est très utile pour se tenir informés et se distraire... ##### Maryline M. Daher absolute Ruhe und Erholung. Die Wohnung ist mit allem Notwendigen ausgerüstet. Der Empfang war sehr freundlich. Die Lage des Hauses hat uns gut gefallen. La localisation du bien permet de limiter les sorties en voiture, laquelle reste indispensable pour les courses alimentaires. Le logement est fonctionnel, équipé de tout l'essentiel... propre et paisible de jour comme de nuit. Les hôtes sont présents, arrangeants et discrets... À découvrir... Chaque jour, nous avons admiré et apprécié la présence des platanes et des oliviers - centenaires? - que compte le domaine. Dans la région de Hyères, il y a beaucoup de choses à faire et à visiter. En commençant par l'Almanare et la presqu'île de Giens, un cadre naturel magnifique! La maison est simple, mais bien équipée. Le court de tennis à disposition a permis aux kitesurfeurs, que compte notre famille, de se consoler de l'absence de vent. Nous avons été chaleureusement accueillis par les propriétaires. Proche des plages (voiture nécessaire) et à 1 h de sites exceptionnels tel la Chartreuse de la Verne au milieu du magnifique massif des Maures en passant par Collobrières, village provençal tranquille. Un logement confortable où rien ne manque. Bonne literie. Repos idéal à l’ombre du patio ventilé.
