And 10 minutes from the heart of the city on foot and the remarkable gardens of the city offering a panorama of the sea, islands and peninsula!

It allows you to reconcile relaxation, with a warm atmosphere thanks to a generous light facing south, and discovery of the city on foot, with immediate access to all amenities, and shops: 150 m = tobacconist, UTILE mini-market (at the foot of the residence), pharmacy, hairdressers, barber, caterer, pizzas and pasta to take away, etc
