La literie très ferme. Le reste de l'appartement était correct dans l'ensemble. Beaucoup de cafards dans l'appartement et la résidence ce qui n'est pas terrible tant dans le confort que la propreté. Belle terrasse entaché par le générateur de Climatisation soufflant de l'air chaud car installé en partie basse.
